I have an Arlo Base Station (VMB4000), swap batteries all at one time

I simply want to know if there are batteries available for my camera and if they can be charged without being inside the camera?  In other words I want to be able to take a camera down from it's location and change the battery at that time without having to take the camera down take it to the charger, have it charge and then take it back to where I need to install it to monitor the site that I want it to. I simply want to swap batteries all at one time!

Depending on how many cameras you want to do this for and whether you want to change all batteries at once, as you imply, or just one at a time, you could buy the external charger tube accessory with at least one battery. Charge that battery and swap it into the camera. Then charge the discharged battery so it's ready for use. I did this to two cameras just today (I have the extra batteries).
