I get vertical green / purple lines on video. Tried replacing batteries and resyncing...

I've seen similar topics about purple/green lines (outdoors) and responses suggesting it is sun related. I started getting this and moved the camera inside and am still getting it on all of my video. When I moved it inside the video turned to black/white which another thread suggests is just reacting to night mode, although there were lights on inside and well lit. 

I have replaced the batteries. Removed the camera and resynced. Rotated another camera outside and it works fine. Restarted the base station. I am running firmware 1.12.2.1_2798 and hardware VMB3010r2. I imagine I have to reach out to Arlo support but wanted to try and see if there was another solution I didn't see.
