I get tons of motion detection notifications, can’t seem to turn down the sensitivity enough

I can’t seem to turn down the sensitivity enough. I get tons of motion detection notifications and when I look it’s the sun be blocked by a cloud or a small bug flew by. This happens so often that I’ve quite using my cameras. Any ideas?

Are you setting the sensitivity in your modes and rules and saving? The motion test is just a test and doesn't save.
