I get the message "Unable to claim..."

hi,

my name is Harold and I just bought the VMS 3430 ARLO wireless cameras.

I have been trying to set the system up for over a week now.

I get the message "Unable to claim...", then i reset the netgear router, and I get the error 'check that your device is powered on and connected to the internet'

 

Please how do i sort this out?

The Contact Support link at the bottom here would likely be quite useful.

 

When you reset the base, did you hold it until the LEDs flashed amber? Have you turned the base off and back on?  WHat LEDs are lit and what colors are they on the base?  Are you using the app or a browser? Have you tried the other one in case there's an issue with the one you tried?
