I cant change modes from my cell phone app(armed to disarm), but I can from my computer

I am having the same problem, it seems to have just started this afternoon. I am using an Android phone with Oreo.

As a follow-up, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and I can now get to and change the modes.

I am glad I have a solution, but since I have only had the cameras for less than a week, I am not very happy with having a problem so soon.
