I cannot cancel my account online

I tried to cancel my account online but the process is broken. 
I reached the screen at https://my.arlo.com/#/settings/subscription/cancel/refund/SERVICE-SECURE-FOUR-1 where I need to agree and cancel the service and it doesn't do anything.

I tried on my laptop on Chrome and on my iphone, both same experience.

The subscription remains in force until the end of the billing period.

 

My understanding is that you should have received an email saying that.

I haven’t received any email from Arlo about cancelling my subscription

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
