I can't sign in under my name and I own the cameras

For nearly a year now, I can't sign in under my name and I own the cameras. And employees who are suppossed to monitor the cameras, can't sign in. I can't get emails. I can't get support. In all this time, I've learned to HATE arlo. It has the worst sign in system in the entire world. And they refuse to fix it so we can use the system as advertised. We never had this issue until about last June or so.

This has to do with sign in. Not the cameras.

Best to start with why you can’t login. What are you using to sign in with? Browser or the mobile app?
Have you previously setup the 2FA requirement mid last year when you were required to?
