I can't get my mac to bring up arlo log in page, what am I doing wrong?????

I can't get my mac to bring up arlo log in page, what am I doing wrong?????

Are you posting to this forum from your Mac?  If so, look in the upper right corner of the page and click on "My Arlo", that should bring you to the login page.  Depending on your Safari settings, it may open in a seperate browser or tab.

Your internet is probably down.. Check your connection from (modem/router) to your machine if it's connected properly and do a

 

power cycle and also clear your cache/temp-files and restart your machine...

 

or it may also be your service provider may have a maintenance in your area...

 

If you have your smartphone, check your service provider's website if there's any maintenance.. It could be 

 

a contributing factor.. If all fails.. then it may be your modem/router is failing or your machine got malware in it..

 

 

Just one of my ideas..

Jon, with all due respect...

 

Internet down ? Maleware ? Really ?

 

They posted on the forum so the internet clearly cannot be down.

Armato, just throwing ideas here.. Gracie wasnt too specific either on the post.. He/ she could be on a smartphone/tablet writing this on rhe forum..

I'm having the same problem. I can log in on my iphone, but not from my laptop. When I click on "My Arlo" it brings up "https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login" but the page is completely blank. Using Safari 5.1.10 and OS 10.6.8.

try one of the other listed browsers,

 

 

• Internet Explorer 10 or above
• Firefox 3.5 or above
• Safari 3 or above (Except on Windows and Linux)
• Chrome

Hello SirJohn,

 

Safari 5.1.10 is as far as you can go with Snow Leopard, I tried version 5.1.7 I wasn't able to get to the the login page too, must be a Java compatibility with the page, I use Safari 8 and that appears to work.

 

Please try using a different browser instead, try Chrome and IE.

 

Let us know if you still get trouble.
