I can't access these sections on my homepage for my device. These area are grey and I can't click these tabs Device Settings,Account,System! Can anyone help me resolve these problems?

Hi, I think those are just the categories for Settings. You can't really click it since they are just the categories. The only thing that you can click is the sub-categories for each category.
