I am being billed months after closing my account

Anyone know how to shutoff billing after closing an Arlington account? I tried phoning, got a message to use the app. Well, I deleted all of my cameras from my account, closed the account, then deleted the app. I am still being billed months after deleting my account. Anyone know of a way to get this billing to stop? I am probably just going to have to go to my bank and do this the harder way.
