I Can’t Add My Base Station & Lights Are Not Green

Can’t seem to add the base to the app. I’ve had it before for years. Then all of a sudden it kept saying offline. So I removed everything and now I’m trying to add device and I can’t. Lights on the base are not green,!!

If the lights on the base aren't green, you won't be able to add it.

What colors are the lights on the base?
