How to use a base station connected to another account?

Hello

I bought base station vbm3000 from one man and i cant connect with arlo apps because the station its connected with some old account. So i call him and he told me, the Company which use the station its allready not exist for more then 1 year and they dont know nothing about the arlo account where you can remove base station.
Its some another solution how i can connect the station or all is lost?

Unless you can get Arlo help in releasing the serial number from the old account, its a paperweight
