How to schedule a camera to turn on and off at set times through the day?

Second day of trying to understand this difficult new app - and increasing frustration by the hour, and the above is just one simple question I'm starting to doubt that there is even a function to do so any longer.

Its as simple as I am asking: how to automatically (through small 's' scheduling in the app) turn on and off a camera or cameras at specific times through the day.

This would be Arm Home . . . I think I understand that well enough. Beyond that, Im increasingly lost in this obtuse terminology.

Should add, living the sticks . . . working from home . . . . so my needs are either all armed when I'm away (the easiest to do with Arm Away), or this varying schedule of camera on/off throughout a 24 hour day.

The new app is terrible. All my scheduling and geofencing is gone. I have been a software engineer for 30 years and this is the most obtuse abortion of an "app" I have ever tried to use. PLEASE ARLO, give us the option of going back to the old version. Also, I don't want a 30-day trial of the paid subscription, I hope that is not as difficult to cancel as this app is to try to figure out or use.

If this is not resolved, I'll be ditching my Arlos that I have been using for years in favor of something I can control.

I've been trying to understand this for several days now. I think I have it working, albeit, its not working with the level of customization the previous app offered ex. on a fundamental level, you can't customize the on/off settings of specific cameras through a 24 hour day. If I'm wrong with that last statement, please provided specific instructions how that can be done.

So I simply have groups of cameras .  .  . . . each under one of the three modes. They are all on or off depending upon which of the three modes is chosen to run. Nothing more can be done. Again, if I'm wrong, please provide specific instructions on how to customize the settings for each camera.

Custom modes are not available in the new app as of yet. However, we are hoping to have them implemented for all Arlo customers as soon as possible.
