My Arlo system was not recording from 9-26-2021 to 9-30-2021.  One of the online suggestions was to remove a camera from the system and then reconnect it.

Netgear Base Station Model VMB3000, Camera firmware 1.4.293   macOS Big Sur version 11.6

Removing the camera was no problem but reconnecting it is a major problem.  The available models listed in the selection window does not include the older models.

How can I reconnect my camera?

BTW, the cameras that are connected started recording today 10-1-2021.

Thanks

Thanks for the tip.  I was trying to activate the camera through my Ipad but it didn't have the expanded selections that you described in your email (Others - Arlo)  When I accesed Arlo.com on my computer the additional selections were there.

In my.arlo.com, select "others", then "Arlo".
