How to manage ARLO push notifications? Where is phone number entered?

I cannot find any place to confirm where push notifications are supposed to be sent. I have shared my devices with my wife, and her notifications are not consistently received. I seem to be getting the notifications most of the time. But how does it work? Where do we look (profile?, etc.) to find where push notifications are expected to be sent?

They are sent to mobile devices with the app that have been logged into your account

Push notifications are sent to any mobile devices that have the app running and logged in, even if backgrounded. You can check your settings in the Mode tab by selecting your base and editing your modes. All settings are in there. Also check Settings, Grant Access to ensure that any other phones are enabled. Be sure to never log out, just background the app.
