How to get warranty repair

I have an Arlo camera, about 7 months old.  It worked, but after changing the batteries it will not connect to the base station.  I understand the camera warranty is one year, and that telephone help is only available for very new units.  How do I contact Netgear warranty service to get a repair/replacement?

Consider removing the camera from Settings > My Devices and then go through the sync process. Are you still having trouble?
