How to factory reset arlo?

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to completely facotry reset the base and camera back to new? Ive tried googling etc but no luck. Wanting to gift my set up to my friend. Have tried deleting devices-base and camera from my account but shes still struggling to set them up from her side.
