How to disable siren as an authorized user?

Hi,

I am the main user and I have several authorized users with full privileges enabled.

When any user (main/authorized) triggers the siren, only the main user can disable it.

How to fix so that authorized users can disable an active siren?

Hey jackblue126,

 

Which device is the grant access user experiencing this issue? Is this happening on both through their Arlo Android/iOS app and/or the web client on your computer?
