How to change/reset ownership? I have changed email and password, but previous owner still has acces

If you have changed the EMAIL and PASSWORD as the primary admin, TBOMK , they should not have access.

Why do you think so?

 

Unless they maybe are listed under SETTINGS>GRANT ACCESS
