I transferred to Arlo from Simplisafe in November and got from arlo site 4 Pro 5S camera, base station, hub, several sensors and 1 year Pro plan. I also got 2 Security Tags but realized they don't have Away/Home buttons built in and does not suit me.
I retuurned immediately through Arlo site and they were received and signed by Arlo employee on Dec 12. I have not got any indication or return processed/yet to get refund (2 x $19.99). Support is aweful and does not even understand and eventually transferred to billing and waiting for an hour.
Any idea how to proceed?
