How good do they work in the cold?

Hey everyone

Just purchased this awesome Arlo system and I live in the northeast where we will get snow and Colder weather. I was wondering how effective the cameras will be when it's lower then the reccomeded temp and how effective are they with the snow? I was going to put them inside the Windows but when the night vision turns on the glare makes the video unusable.

Any insight on this?

Batteries won't last as long in the cold but work to at least 0F.
