How do I tell when the batteries are charged on the Arlo Camera when not near the base station

How can I tell when the batteries are charged on the camera when the camera far away from the base station?

You should be able to go into the Devices section of your app and see the battery icon for each camera. I have found them to be quite accurate.

As mentioned above, as long as the camera is online you can use the mobile app or web client to check the battery level. Take a look here for more information on how to interpret the icons: How do I interpret my Arlo camera's battery level icons and notifications?
