How do I know the Wi-Fi password of the Base Station
I just want to repeat the signal to reach the far camera
The base station signal is weak and suitable for a small house or cottage, and everyone who buys Alro system suffers from this thing

You can't log into the base in any way. That helps with the security. To extend your Arlo setup, you can move the base to a more central location or use a second base that connects to a WiFi or powerline extender. Plug the Ethernet cable into the extender, claim the new base and then sync the problem camera to the new base.

I do not want to log in to the base station
I just want to re-send the signal with Access Point
This is the best solution to get rid of all the problems that many suffer from
If I wanted to extend cables at home, I would not have bought a wireless camera

There is no wifi password for the Base as you stated in first post. Since it is on it's own closed wifi system with the cams. You would need to do what jguerdat stated. You don't need to run cables except from the extender to the second hub or hub you have if you move it just like you now do to your router.

to solve this problem
I think that the company should produce an external item for the base station that is powered via Ethernet
Or let the cameras connect to a customer's Wi-Fi network, not the base station's Wi-Fi

Several newer cameras let you do this.

Did you mean Arlo Essential?
I chose Arlo Pro3 because it has local storage

Local storage is in the base, requires that the camera be connected to the base wifi. Connecting to your local wifi requires a paid subscription for cloud store. So you do have to make a choice there.
Although you can't use an extender, you can have multiple bases deployed to get more coverage.
I agree it would be nice if you could use a local base for storage, but still connect the cameras to your home wifi.
