My Arlo security camera (one of five that I use) stopped sending video. I replaced the batteries but that didn't help. I then clicked on "Remove Device" in order to reinstall. But that process stalled when I got the message, "Looking for your Arlo camera. Searching for any available Arlo devices. This may take several minutes." That message stayed indefinitely and never changed. One problem I had along the way was that I didn't know the model # of the camera, which is something that was requested during the reinstallation process (I guessed but it was probably wrong.) So I wonder if someone can tell me how to find the model number and/or share any other advice on how to get my camera working again. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Usually inside the battery compartment behind the battery, remove battery to find label shows VMCxxxx.
Does it have 4 batteries?
Base station model number label is on the bottom and starts with VMBxxxx.

Open the camera and remove the battery. You'll find a label inside.
