How Do I Change My Subscription?

I subscribed to the premium because of a promotion but it’s over and want the basic package back, how do I do this? And why do the batteries die every week? I’m paying more for batteries then I paid for the system

Hi @candyse

 

If you would like to change your subscription you can go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel button next to your plan.

 

have you thought about using the rechargeable batteries by Tenergy? I have provided a link here for you - Tenergy Batteries
