How do I access Arlo from a computer?

I can get into My Arlo on my phones but I can not get in to it on my computer or set it up on my husbands computer. Can anyone help me??? I would Really appreciate it !

Computers use a web browser. Use https://arlo.netgear.com as the URL and then use your credentials to log in.

 same problem with me. Able to login and view cameras on mobile but unable to login to My Arlo on my macbook. Been a week now

What browser are you using? Consider using a support browser such as Chrome. Do you see the same behavior?
