How can I get someone from Arlo to call me

I have a case number and need to speak with someone at Arlo but can't find a number. The chat feature has informed me that I'm not 'entitled' to customer service assistance. This is infuriating. Any suggestions?

Do you have a subscription? (trial or paid)

Don't google for one, that will lead you to a scammer.

 

You need to reach support through the phone app - going in the support area of the app, and then selecting a camera in a subscription plan.  Then you can scroll down to the contact section.  Phone support will show up as an option - it is available between 6 am and 6 pm  US pacific time.
