In the old Arlo UI, I could temporarily suspend or snooze alerts from the cameras for a period of time (30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, etc) and they would come back at the expiration of that timer. I can’t seem to find this setting in the new UI. Is it gone? I’m on the lifetime free plan.

Press the profile icon in the upper left of the app screen.  You'll find the mute notification control in there.
