How To Reactivate The Arlo Base Station?

My base station is not working.  I googled and it said to remove and reactivate base station. i have tried to add basestation and that is not working. I have logged into my account went under subscribtion and could not find anywhere the add base station. According to what I was reading from past supporters you should be able to view that and click add and it should pull up what you had saved in there before. I have no ideal what else to do. Please Help

Remove everything from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. After it's rebooted, claim normally as you first did. Use Add Device button (web) or + (app) to do so. Sync your cameras.
