Our practice manager just left us so we need to change the registered email and password for the system as it was done by him. How do I do this when I do not have access to his information and he is not returning any emails or phone calls? I currently have access to the system as a user under his account.

The only way to complete this would be thru Arlo Support as they have to release the base serial number from the old account.
