When I set this system up initially and added the KeyPad/Sensors it seemed like there was a screen that allowed me to select which cameras the Arlo 24 hour security monitoring personnel could access. I have to replace one of my cameras and can't find where to make this change. If anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate receiving this information. I do have the Arlo Safe & Secure Subscription.

Sorry I wasn't clear in my problem description. But I was finally able to find it. You have to go into Emergency Response/Video Verification and then select which cameras the Arlo Emergency Agent can access during an emergency event. Thanks!

If you mean that you've shared access with others so they can see/manipulate the system, go to the Grant Access (old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view videos) or People (new UI that uses Feed) in your settings to remove the old camera and add the new one for each shared account. You have to do this manually.
