Home Page says Internet Not Connected

OK. Lights today on base went from all green to green/yellow/green from the left. Reset router. Nothing. Reset base. Nothing. Changed cable, nothing. Tried it from my tablet, nothing. Changed browsers, nothing. Tried to access support from portal, says page cannot be found. I have tried every logical item & still have an expensive security system that doesn't secure anything. Any ideas?
