Hi I Have Just Set Up My Arlo 2 Camera System However It Will Not Run Through My Virgin Router?

Hi i have just set up my Arlo 2 camera system however it will not run through my virgin router? I can see the Netgear 88 unit however when I try to set it up with the android app it does not detect and when I try through wifi settings it says "Authentcation error"

Sounds like an account issue. Are you able to access your account through a web browser?
