Hi. I want to remove one of my devices from the Arlo security system. I keep getting a message that tells me that I have the maximum amount of devices for accessing Arlo. Thank you for letting know.

How many cameras do you have and what model(s) are they? You may need to remove the batteries to see the camera model info inside the camera (VMC****). The original cameras use 4 RC123 batteries.
Are you trying to remove a camera because of the notification or something else?

If you’re getting the error because of too many login devices, go into the privacy settings and logout all active sessions.
