We just bought a home that has three existing Arlo cameras. I set up an Arlo account. The previous owner of the home closed his account and said I need to contact Arlo through the app to get my camera's activated. When trying to log a request for a call back or a chat, it asks to "please select product" from a dropdown list. The "please select product" dropdown does not work on my phone or my desktop. As such, I am unable to communicate with Arlo. Any ideas?

You should be able to just add the cameras to your account using the app. Have you tried that?
