Help - Log in death spiral!!!!

I haven't used my Go 2 cameras in a while and my subscriptions expired, I updated my passwords and the system is trying to send push notifications to 'my iphone' and nothing happens. (maybe because I have a new phone?)  I can no longer log into my phone because the password was changed (yes, Arlo notifications are allowed in settings)

 

The online bot won't help and you can't speak to anyone in support because I don't have a case # and to get a case number you need to log into your phone!!!!

 

How do I contact a human being to unlock this mess ?!?!?!?!?
