Had power outage and now second camera is offline. Is my camera defective?

Following a several hour power outage I powered up the base station and one camera connected immediately. The second camera stayed offline even after I followed every recommended troubleshooting suggestions on this forum. I brought camera 2 next to the base station and it would not sync, blue light remained off, and batteries with 90% life switched. Made no difference. The system is less than four months old. Defective camera or have I missed something?

If it is the camera, you could get an RMA from support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

So maybe contact them (as they might also be able to help you get the camera on-line).
