I realize now I have been screwed. Can't get any help. My cameras used to work 24 hours. Not now. More than 10 seconds. Not now. Used to be able to call support. Not now. Can't get any help. They want to charge me now for features they took from me. I never would have bought this if I knew I was getting bait and switch. Unethical.

And of course I'm not going to get a helpful answer here or anything that will change anything. I bought these items for reasons that have now been taken away. I want to send back the equipment I bought recently. 5 cameras and a base station that will not do what I originally purchased them for.

If the equipment is still in warranty or you have a subscription you are still entitled to access arlo support.
This forum is used for discussion by customers and is not viewed by arlo themselves except for moderators.
You need to provide some details of your system issues for other users here to provide help.
Venting here is natural but falls on deaf ears, as we already know arlo support was useless even before it went to subscription only.
