Granted access user can't see devices

I am signed in to my account but cannot see any of my devices when I try to add devices it says they can’t be found. I have unplugged the ethernet cable and reset the base numerous times. It worked fine With Arlo legacy but I haven’t tried them in a few months now I can’t see them. They are operational my husband can see them on his phone app. any suggestions?

It sounds like you are not the primary user. If this is the case, have your husband check your settings in Settings, Grant Access.
