Granted access user can't log in and see my devices

I have granted access to my daughter and she has accepted however when she tries to log on from her mobile it won’t log on and give visibility of my cameras. If I use her email and password on any of my devices it goes in fine and shows the cameras. Why does it not work on her device?

What Device/OS is your daughter using? Also, what is the version of the Arlo mobile app she is using?
