I shared the devices with my wifes email and it worked great for a year. Then the cameras disappeared from her app. Ive tried to reshare the devices to give her access, but when she accepts the invite it just brings up her existing account and no devices appear. How do I get the devices to appear when sharing with an exising app user?

Which version of the Arlo app are you using & what version of OS are you running on your devices?

Have you tried to remove/reinstall the Arlo app?
