Grant access not working on Arlo app. Not receiving email invite after submitting through web?

i keep getting error ( system is experiencing unexpected error ) when i try to submit grant access using the phone arlo app. when i try grant access on my arlo using a computer after i submit grant access i dont receive any email invite. whats going on?

Hi @jassonn,

 

Have you checked your junk/spam mail to see if the email went through there?
