Grant Access Not Working

I gave access to two people for the main account. One user was able to gain access but the other individual isn't able to see anything in their apps despite following the link sent in the invitation email. I need help in resolving this. The user who can't access, their app looks like mine. So the Migration doesn't need to happen. Can someone help me with a solution? Tried it on their iPad and Phone and in browser. Nothing works.

Is the invite status showing up as "accepted" in your account?

We click the link in the invite email, we sign in on the browser and then nothing happens. It still says pending on my account.

Are you going through the full two-factor verification process?  

 

Also, are you doing this on a PC?

We are doing it through the tablet or phone. Neither work.

 

We are prompted on the app for the two factor authentication and we allow it but nothing changes.
