Glitch in recording length

I bought my arlo cameras 6 months ago. I have set my Arlo camera to record for 120s, but it is only recording 8 seconds. How do I get my camera to record for the full 120s seconds?

Mine is still recording 120sec so its not a system issue.

Two areas I'd check:

1. Are you still set to use the mode that you set to 120sec

and

2. In that mode is the length still showing 120 sec?

Is the recording time set and saved in that rule?
Do you have a good signal between the camera and the base station?
Do you have a fast enough upload speed on your internet connection?
