WiFi went offline after bad storm. Trying to reinstall device but keeps showing "Getting status"

We had a bad storm come through and my WiFi went off line. I had to reinstall most of my devices. I was the administrator for Arlo and now it keeps showing offline. However on another user they have full access. I was the original administrator. I have deleted and downloaded the app. Any ideas why it keeps saying “getting status” and offline?

Try both the app (maybe on a different device as well as on WIFi and cell service) as well as a web browser.
