Amber light on base station is on after months of use. Phone results say "Getting Started." Instructions booklet says base station is connected but doesn't have a internet connection. How do you correct?

OK... what light position / which one..
But anyway...
First, just try a power button reboot of the base and let reboot, test
IF NG, then turn off modem, router and base... bring them back on in same order , give each one time to fully reboot.
