I have had the Arlo system with 3 cameras for about a year. The system was working fine until about a month ago. I'm getting notifications on my phone about motion alerts but when I go to check the library or the cameras there are no recordings. When this happens the cameras go offline and they do not come back online even after restarting the base. Then the cameras come back online randomly. This happens 2-3 times a week. I need the cameras to be more dependable. If this type of failure happens during a critical security moment then I might as well not have any cameras. Is this a software issue? Is there an answer to this problem?

rickmyster78,

It sounds like positioning or interference could be causing the issues you describe. What is the WiFi signal strength like for the affected cameras?

Consider relocating your base station so that it is closer to the affected cameras. Try to limit any nearby wireless devices that could be interfering with signal strength.
