Getting a replace batteries message even after batteries have been replaced

One of my cameras indicates that I need to change the batteries.  I have correctly installed new batteries and continue to get the same message.  I even got another set of new batteries to try in the event that the "new" batteries were duds.  Even with the second "new" set, I conttinue to get the same message. Any suggestions?

Consider removing the affected camera, insert the new batteries, and then go through the sync process again like when you first synced the camera.

 

To remove the camera, log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the affected camera > Remove device.
