Geofencing Setting Alarm When At Home

I have used Arlo Geofencing for more than year.

Recently the functionality has degraded

First the system would not recognize my device (Samsung S7 Edge) being at home whilst it recognized my wifes (iPhone 😎 - if she left and I was at home it would change to Away Mode. (Status was that my phone was recognised as being within zone)

Recently it doesn't recognize us being home at all. It is just shown as within zone but the mode is Active (mode for outside zone)

I have tried to disable all devices - saving  and then enable the device individually - same result.

Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again? What firmware version is your base station using? What version of the Arlo Mobile App are your phones running?
