Geofencing First In Last Out Issue

I have the geofencing working... for the most part. We have 2 devices both iPhone 7s mine is the main account and my wife’s is the secondary. Mine works every time. Hers arms as should as the last out, however if she arrives home first, the system does not update the mode, at least not immediately it takes up to 30 minutes and we receive numerous notifications.... often I have to manually change the mode

Have you tried to reboot the base station and test again? What OS are the iphone's running?
